The music is playing, so loud it brings blood out from my ears. My sleeping eyes can’t shut its own as every minute passed, the music grows louder and louder. I fist my hands, ready to throw an outburst.
Someone taps my shoulder. I turn to see nothing, but feel something that has a voice. A mist, a smoke or maybe a spirit. Its haunting voice speaks, proclaiming to control myself, and just enjoy the night.
I don’t know what is wrong with my system. I begin to uncurl my fists and stand up at the center of the room. The loud music thumps in my body.
I begin to dance. My body moves against the power and judgment of the music. I smile. The voices in the music cheers for me.
Though I still hold the secret, that my smile opposes the mournful smile my insides is carrying.
