I wonder what will happen if the dawn meets the sunset.
Will they burn brighter and keep it to themselves? Will they hide from the view to protect their rays? Will they look down at the city and conclude that it’s already in its brightest state with the string and lamp lights?
I wonder what I will feel if the dawn and sunset turns to night.
It’ll be like I’m shutting off the two best things that have occurred to me. I’m going to dine out with darkness and feed my soul with its children. It’ll be like praying for a prosperous death and a pair of blind eyes. It’ll be like two hands so close, but never touching.
I wonder—and I always will—what I should say to you now that this is happening in the middle.
