Have you ever wondered why the stars align, but never collide? They gleam with quintessential flare, but they never kiss – they have always been against the lips of the constellations.
They rest over the leaves of the galaxy, but only floating away from another skin – as if they will fade if the friction heightens.
I keep wondering – they exude euphoria, they emanate hope, they radiate the truest, and they display the possibilities. But they never have an accident – an enraptured collision. Instead, they have hollowness inside.
Why do stars never meet?
And as I look at you, I suddenly find and fear the reasons.
