the morning curtains;

Curtain
by Matthew Burgos

You ran your tongue over the space between my breasts. I held on to your hair as you licked the lush peaks of my body. My knees buckled and I rounded my legs around your hips. Your arousal dipped into my slick wet lips below. My teeth trembled as I repressed a gratifying shout.

All covered in sweat, our bodies kissed as we exploded. Our lips never touched, but it was all fine. You rolled to you side and I let the sweet sleep lulled me in its darkness.

I rubbed my eyes the moment I felt the heat of the sun caressed my thighs. I sat on the bed and stretched my body, liking the soreness I felt. I looked over the empty space beside me.

On the bedside table, you left a note and a string of cash. “Thanks last night, Jen. Call me.” I was Jen last night and Raven today.

I grabbed my phone to send you a warm message, or just so your wife could read it, but I stared on the blank space of the message box.

I forgot your name.
